1. Field Service: Perform Routine Maintenance, Troubleshooting, And Repairs On-site At Customer Locations. This Includes Diagnosing Problems, Replacing Defective Parts, And Performing Calibrations.
2. Technical Expertise: Possess A Strong Understanding Of The Mechanical And Electrical Systems Of The Various Machine Tools They Service.
3. Customer Service: Provide Excellent Customer Service By Effectively Communicating With Clients, Understanding Their Needs, And Ensuring Their Satisfaction With The Service Provided.
4. Documentation: Accurately Document Service Calls, Repairs Performed, And Parts Replaced.
5. Preventative Maintenance: Perform Preventative Maintenance Procedures To Identify And Address Potential Issues Before They Cause Downtime.
6. Complex Repairs: Handle More Complex Repairs That Require Advanced Troubleshooting Skills And Knowledge.
7. Mentorship: Provide Guidance And Support To Junior Service Engineers.
8. Technical Training: May Be Involved In Training New Service Engineers On Specific Machines Or Service Procedures.
